How do I submit an RMA? Or check on an RMA ?

Before starting RMA, please look at our technical support pages for your product there may be a simple solution.

Below links to Support, select I have a Question about  “warranty”.

Include the Model number of the product, serial number, where did you get it so we can track when sold.

Also, include a description of the problem as well as any attachments or photos of failure.

Please give us 48 hours to start your RMA. If you are checking on an RMA in progress include your RMA # in the email.

Where do I get your antenna patterns ? Why is my old password is not working?
